Pamela Campagna brings 25+ years of experience in sales and marketing, business strategy and operational planning to multiple industry sectors, including business-to-business, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, education and non-profit.  Pam consults and conducts workshops to help clients understand their markets, analyze opportunities and implement integrated and workable solutions that drive sales.

Prior to BLUE SAGE Consulting, Pam held a variety of marketing, sales and operations positions in technology and services companies, including director of sales operations for a hundred million dollar software business, vice president of marketing for a startup medical safety device manufacturer and head of marketing for a business unit of one of the world’s leading networking companies.

She has also taught and facilitated graduate and undergraduate courses in marketing, sales management, business and communications, international marketing, and project management in various corporate and educational settings, including Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, Northeastern University, and Boston University. Pam is a frequent speaker on business management issues throughout the region, and is also a MarketingProfs contributor.

Educated at SUNY Albany and The American University in Washington, DC, Pamela holds a BA in French and Music and a MBA in International Business. She is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC USA), and has served on its national Marketing Committee, Ethics Committee, and Recognitions Committee, and is a Past President of the local chapter.  Pamela is a CMC® (Certified Management Consultant), a level of excellence that is awarded to less than 1% of all consultants. BLUE SAGE is a Supplier Diversity Office (SDO) certified Women Business Enterprise in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Frank Campagna

Frank Campagna

For over twenty-five years Frank Campagna has worked intimately with clients in healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, federal, state and local government, software, education, marketing, and business intelligence.

Frank was a member of the original design and start-up team for City Year, a model “urban Peace Corps” in Boston funded entirely with private money, which now thrives in 16 US cities, London and South Africa. He helped establish the Training and Technical Assistance Center in Washington DC for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS), the new federal agency housing AmeriCorps, VISTA, Learn and Serve America, Senior Corps and the Peace Corps.

In his private consulting practice, Frank has conducted trainings on the innovative use of technology by non-profits to leading organizations such as the Kellogg Foundation, Ford Foundation, Echoing Green Foundation, the Presidio Leadership Center, ROCA, Citizen Schools, YouthBuild, Public Allies and The Chicago Campaign School.

Frank has worked over sixteen years with BLUE SAGE Consulting where he conducts workshops, market research and produces presentations, exhibits, databases and collateral material for corporate clients as diverse as Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, Pharmacia, IBM, Concord Communications, Steelpoint-Zantaz, Bryan Construction, Gomez, TVCompass, and Cisco Systems.

Frank earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cornell University.

Jeffrey A. Lovelace

Jeff Lovelace, MBA, SSBB, PMP

Jeffrey Lovelace brings 25+ years of business management, operational efficiency and process improvement experience to BLUE SAGE clients.  With a unique focus on manufacturing and service industries, he takes a systematic approach that identifies, analyzes and improves existing processes within an organization.  Jeff’s proven principles and techniques help BLUE SAGE  clients meet new goals and objectives and achieve more efficient, effective and profitable results.

Prior to BLUE SAGE Consulting, Jeff held a variety of leadership positions across multiple industry sectors, where he defined, created and implemented highly effective programs for improving processes and increasing profits.  He has successfully developed and launched programs around project and sales management, manufacturing resource planning, plant management, process improvement, production scheduling and supply chain management.  He is the process improvement consulting expert on the BLUE SAGE team.

Jeff holds a MBA in Finance from The American University in Washington, D.C. and a BS in Marketing from the University of Tennessee.  He is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) credential.
